Hello Parents and Guardians!
I am excited to announce that your 4th Grader has been studying classical works in Music, and has approached directed listening through the lens of storytelling. Storytelling is rooted within our culture and has been a way to express the creative mind. Your student has created stories to supplement musical works and has transformed these stories into different medias (Artwork, poems, etc) to share with you! You are invited to join our Presentation Day on the following dates! During the presentations students will explain their creations while playing their classical works. These presentations will occur during their regular Specials time (9:20-10:05). I am very excited for the students to have this opportunity to share their creativity with you!
