G4T2 End of Year Picnic
Hello G4T2 Families!
I hope you have all had a wonderful track out and and are looking forward to a great final month of school! It is hard to believe we only a few more weeks until the end of the year!
We have decided to host an end of year cookout for all of the G4T2 Families at the Honeycutt Rd. Park. This year's event will be held on Saturday, June 11th from 11am-1pm. We want to provide grilled hot dogs and hamburgers and are going to ask for a $5 donation per family if you are able. The rest of the food will be pot luck style (e.g. salads, chips, sides, charcoal, deserts, etc.) Please see the list below for the items needed.
***PLEASE PLAN TO BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS!***
***WHILE PICNIC TABLES ARE AVAILABLE YOU MAY ALSO WANT TO BRING A FOLDING CHAIR IN CASE WE HAVE A FULL HOUSE***
All of your support and assistance has made this a wonderful year for our kids! Thank you and we look forward to seeing you all June 11th! All parents, scholars and siblings are welcome to attend. Please be sure to RSVP to your teacher so we know how many people to expect and so that we can make sure we have enough food.
