We have had many questions pertaining to kids qualifying for AIG using only a EOG score. A new AIG plan was written for 2022 - 2023 and now if a child scores a 95%+ we are to complete a "data dig". All current report card scores, standardized tests, work samples STAR math reports, MClass, previous years EOG scores if applicable are applied to gain the points needed to qualify a child.

Each week kids that actively participate on the Green Team or BEAR Patrol receive a weekly snack. If you would like to help thank them a snack donation would be sincerely appreciated.

Brassfield's Science Olympiad team is looking for 3-4 students to fill some unexpected vacancies in our upcoming tournament on April 15th. The tournament is on a Saturday and will last most of the day. It will be held at Southern High School in Durham, NC. Practices are scheduled after/before school with a single partner and can be flexible.
